Premium Sports Hospitality: Porsche Sideline Suites at the Western & Southern Open

When the Western & Southern Open wanted to introduce a brand-new tier of VIP ticketing at the Lindner Family Tennis Center, they needed a temporary venue option that felt premium enough to carry the Porsche name. Traditional hospitality tents or standard stadium seating just wouldn’t cut it for a luxury brand partnership of that scale.

We brought in our mobile suites to build out what became the Porsche Sideline Suites right next to Court 10. The goal was to show tournament organizers how easily you can add premium stadium hospitality seating to an existing venue footprint without major construction.

The multi-level layout gave guests a private, self-contained VIP fan experience:

  • Climate-Controlled Indoor Lounge: A premium space for guests to escape the summer heat.
  • Private Ground-Level Courtyard: A dedicated outdoor area for networking and socializing.
  • Rooftop Viewing Deck: Elevated, unobstructed lines of sight directly over Court 10.

To maximize ticket revenue, the tournament offered these premium suites for both individual and group package purchases, complete with all-inclusive food and beverage catering.

Driving Tournament Revenue & Sponsor ROI

For the tournament organizers, this turn-key activation added a completely new, high-margin revenue stream that they had never tapped into before. For the corporate sponsor, it provided a sophisticated, physical brand footprint that lined up perfectly with Porsche’s premium standards.

This activation proved that our mobile sports hospitality solutions can drop a luxury, multi-level VIP village into a tight tournament footprint—delivering the exact upscale comfort and aesthetic that world-class brands expect.
