NFL Gameday Infrastructure: Arrowhead Tailgate Suites

For the 2020 NFL Playoffs, the Kansas City Chiefs introduced a brand-new VIP experience: the Arrowhead Tailgate Suites. The initial concept launched as an exclusive, private tailgate village located directly between Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium.

The turn-key footprint utilized a six-unit layout sold to small groups. It gave fans a premium, self-contained tailgate experience right in the main parking lots:

  • All-Inclusive Hospitality: Each setup included a fully catered buffet, beverages, and dedicated seating.
  • Weather-Proof Tailgating: Equipped with patio heaters to keep fans comfortable during freezing winter playoff games.
  • Gameday Atmosphere: Bundled with private chairs and tailgate games for an upscale, pre-game environment.

From Initial Concept to Ongoing Rental Fleet

The initial playoff launch was a massive success. It performed so well that the organization purchased ten suites of their own for the 2021 season.

However, as the demand for premium stadium hospitality seating continued to grow, the team needed a flexible way to scale up their inventory. Today, they regularly rent additional units from our fleet. Renting these extra mobile suites allows them to instantly expand their gameday footprint during peak demand without the heavy capital expense of purchasing and maintaining more permanent hardware.

This ongoing setup proves that our mobile sports hospitality solutions make total financial sense for major league franchises. Whether scaling up for the playoffs or expanding a full-season footprint, renting from our fleet offers an efficient, cost-effective way to maximize stadium revenue.
