Every activation footprint has unique requirements. Rental pricing is based on total event duration, load-in and load-out schedules, logistics location, and the total quantity of units secured. Yes! Every suite comes equipped with a premium furniture package designed for comfort and style. Your rental includes:

Top Deck: 2 bar tables and 8 matching bar stools, offering a prime vantage point for viewing.

No, a Spectator Suite rental does not include a generator, but they are available as an add-on! We do work with large equipment rental companies like Sunbelt and United if you need a generator.

The Top Deck has a safety capacity limit of 15 people at one time. We suggest you have everyone sign a waiver before entering the suite.

Yes! The Spectator Suite can be parked on most terrains, including grass and sand. We have even parked on a golf course driving range before.

The interior is a fully insulated, climate-controlled room equipped with expansive viewing windows. The layout features integrated bench seating, a flat-screen television, a functional countertop surface, a mini-refrigerator, and dedicated storage cabinets. The layout easily accommodates buffet setups or private catering tables.

Each Spectator Suite is hooked up to a 50amp receptacle. The hook up is a twist lock that works with any generator and some on-site power. They require 12kW. We provide (1) 25′ cord per suite. We can work directly with your facilities team to ensure proper power at your event.

No, Top Level Suites does not provide fencing.
