Indianola, Iowa’s annual National Balloon Classic is a fan favorite. Hot air balloons, warm weather, and fun times. Top Level Suites joined this fun by setting up a suite for VIPs to enjoy the balloons from a unique and enhanced view.
Iowa State Fair
Des Moines Radio Group rented one of our suites for one of Iowa’s greatest events, the Iowa State Fair. They took a unique approach on our booth, decked it out in logos and sponsors and set up a booth for people to stop on by. They set up their broadcast in the Top Level Suite for a fun new way to share the radio.
Greenbelt Music Festival
The inaugural Greenbelt Music Festival was held at Horizon Event Center. Top Level Suites set up two suites and our portable bar. The suites allowed VIP guest to view the show from a top level perspective and our portable bar made for the audience to get their favorite beverages at ease.
Country Thunder
Country Thunder hosts some of the largest country music festivals across North America. Multiple suites were used by Rockstar Energy Drinks to enhance their VIP area. Guests were invited to hangout at a suite during the Lee Brice concert while enjoying some food and Rockstar drinks.
80/35 Music Festival
Top Level Suites sponsored a suite at 80/35 music festival in downtown Des Moines. 80/35 by the Des Moines Music Coalition promotes inclusivity and an eclectic lineup of musicians every year. VIP ticketholders were invited to the suite to generate corporate sponsorship interest the following year.
RAGBRI 2023
The 50th year of the famous bike ride across the state of Iowa was held this year, RAGBRI, the ride from west to east. Top Level Suites set up in each town with a designated stop. Our suites were able to be used by VIP passes for concerts or shows put on throughout the week.
RAGBRAI 2022
Presenting sponsor Tipico Sportsbook activated (3) Top Level Suites during RAGBRAI in Mason City, Iowa, one of the overnight towns. Thousands of riders gathered to celebrate the largest recreational bicycle ride in the world. VIP experience pass holders got free beverages, food, and the top spectating deck to watch a concert by the Eagles guitarist. Tipico engaged with attendees through the VIP area and promotional giveaways.
Houston Sports Awards
The Houston Sports Awards is a star-studded dinner and awards show that brings together Houston’s Top athletes, both past and present, to commemorate, celebrate and recognize Houston’s top sports achievements, sports icons, performers and moments. Top Level Suites activated (3) suites, each with their own sponsor. No expense was spared at this event that was hosted on top the driving range at The Club at Carlton Woods in Spring, Texas.
Iowa State Fair
Annually attracting more than a million people from all over the world, the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines is Iowa’s great celebration, a salute to the state’s best in agriculture, industry, entertainment and achievement. The Iowa State Fair rented (2) Spectator Suites to add an exclusive VIP area next to the grandstand which hosted music stars from Blake Shelton to The Beach Boys. Homemakers was the official sponsor.
Clay County Fair
The world’s greatest county fair brought in a Top Level Suite to complement their grandstand and sell higher end tickets. For 10 days they host concerts and racing. VIPs had premium access to the bar and one of the best viewing experiences at the whole show.
PrideFest
Top Level Suites joined PrideFest in bringing a few suites and a portabar to their annual event in West Des Moines, IA. PrideFest has been going on for over 40 years with over 40,000 attendees. Top Level Suites helped bring VIPs closer to the stage for a more enjoyable experience.
RAGBRAI 2021
VGM Group hosted a VIP area for all of their employees when the Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa came right through their base of Waterloo. The setup included (2) Spectator Suites and (1) Porta-Bar to elevate the atmosphere from tents to suites. Guests received an exclusive top deck viewing of the concert lineup and free drinks.
Crash My Crater
The small town festival, big crowd. Mike, Cory, and Jim, Manson, IA natives help host their annual town festival, Crash My Crater. Top Level Suites helped bring their event to the next level with a suite for the owner of Shoreside Pub with a great view of the stage. Allowing Crash My Crater attendees to enjoy the annual show with a new experience.
